  • Since Tucker has been missing for a very long time, my family felt it time to move on...

    So we have adopted two kittens...brothers...kittenish cats really...from the humane society.

    One has been missing within the house for about 24 hours.  We have set "tuna traps" to lure him out since none of our searching has been fruitful.  The poor thing is absolutely terrified of the world.

    The other is quite contented to be here.

    The contented cat is now calledpl Ripley.   My mother wants to call the other Mortimer. But I have to say, I think that's pretty awful.  So I'm trying to think of something better.

    Oh my goodness. I haven't been thinking about spain at all because Anthony is finally (!) here. It's coming fast though. I think we live in an apartment because of the address with the little degree sign. I imagine we will take a bus, because most people live much closer to the school, and they said that some of us would live farther away and not be able to walk which would be stellar for my feet.
